3. I forgot my password. What can I do?

5. Why is my account locked?
The most common reasons are:
- Your personal information has not been verified.

- For security reasons, we reserve the right to suspend any account that is considered suspicious, such as double accounts, unusual types of bets and other billing issues,

6. I am not sure if I have already an account with Betshop. How can I check?
You will need to contact our Customer support team and a qualified Customer Experience Team adviser will make the necessary check over whether an account with your personal information is already registered in our date base.
7. What is the account verification?
As part of the Malta Gambling regulation (for the processing of withdrawal requests, fraud prevention, money laundering, etc.), Betshop is obliged to ensure its customers are who they say they are, namely 18 years old and above and that they live in the address they stated they live. - The uploaded images are a jpg file.
- Each file does not exceed 2MB.
Once the upload is completed, your documents are thoroughly checked by our team and your account profile is updated accordingly.

Upon completion of the account validation, you will receive an update on your enrollment email and then you will be entitled to full access to the betshop.cl platform, including the right of withdrawal. If validation is not completed successfully within one month of your registration, transactions in your account will not be possible.
8. How can I update my personal details?

BETTING
1. What if a match/game is postponed?

5. How can I place a bet on betshop.cl?

7. When my bet will be settled, and my winnings credited into my Betshop account?
At Betshop, we endeavor to settle all markets as soon as possible. In some cases, depending on the type of market or event, it may take some time after the match ends to complete the settlement.
For all markets that we offer, it is very important that we seek proper and official confirmation and correct results at all times. For this purpose, we often check a number of different sources. If these sources differ, there may be a slight delay while we seek confirmation of the official result.
8. Am I able to cancel a bet once it has been accepted by Betshop?
Once you have placed your bet and you have received confirmation that your bet has been accepted, you cannot cancel the transaction.
9. What is PRIM 200?

10. Why have not I received “PARA 1” yet?
There are several possible reasons:

- A match has been postponed.

11. Why have not I received my bonus yet?

12. How much is my required turnover before withdrawal?

14. Why does my betslip have not Cash out option?

15. l won, however the amount l received is different from the maximum written profit.

WITHDRAWAL
1. How can I withdraw my winnings?
