Cashout

The control of your bets is in your hands! The Cash Out service gives you the option to withdraw at any time the bet you have placed, by taking back part of your winnings, before the selected sport event has been completed!

You can select Pregame events, Live events, even combine those two options, and cash out your ticket whenever you wish!

How to Cash Out

If the Cash Out option is offered for your bet, you will see the Cash Out button in your betting slip. This button, will be showing you the amount that can be redeemed in that specific time for your bet.

In case you want to use the Cash Out service for your bet, just press the button!

The Cash Out button will appear on the right side of the screen, right next to the tab "Coupon"! You press "Cash Out" and you see the bets that have the option to cash out. When you select "Cash Out", it will appear the amount that you will receive as a refund. You will find a similar feature in the category "Live Betting" !

Cash Out option is available on all devices! On a mobile or tablet the process is just as simple! In the lower right corner of your screen, click on the "Coupon" button, select the Cash Out button that is strategically placed under your betting option, to offer a  faster way to withdraw winnings from your bet, that the cashout offers in that  specific moment. 

How to Partial Cash Out

If the Cash Out option is offered for your bet, you will see the Cash Out button in your betting slip.
Beside there is the partial cash-out option and when you click it, 2 options appeared:
i) Either you select from the slide bar the percentage you want to cash-out (Important notice: when you select a percentage, this percentage stands for the percentage of the total cash-out amount)
ii) Alternatively, you directly choose the amount you want to partially Cash Out by entering in the field “Amount”, the amount you want. Immediately, in the slide bar appears the percentage on the total amount of cash out.
In both cases, the amount that you will receive is displayed, as well the amount (stake) that will be deducted from your initial bet. 

Once you partially Cash Out and this is accepted (all the conditions that are met in the total cash-out, are met here too), the remaining stake is placed again in the initial odds.
From there on, the bet has all the properties of any other bet (can be cashed-out, can be partial cashed out or to be active until the end of the matches). 

Terms and Conditions 

• The terms and conditions of Cash Out/ Partial Cash Out are linked to the General Terms and Conditions of our company. Accepting the terms is a prerequisite for registering and using your account. Any term that is not clarified in this text, will be governed by the general terms and conditions.

• Cash Out service is offered in selected markets and events. It is available in both Pregame and Live Betting.

• Cash Out is available in singles and multiple bets in the "Live Bet" category and is not available in system bets.

• Cash Out service is not available for Each Way bets where the conditions under which the bets were originally placed have changed (either part, or win, or both).

• Cash Out service is not available for bets placed in points (eg Total Goals or Asian Handicap or Over / Under), where there are no points on which the initial bets were placed. The same applies to Asian Handicap in live beting if the result at which the initial bets were placed have changed.

•Cash Out service is not available for Draw No Bet markets.

• Any delay in proceeding a Cash Out request is considered normal. If the odds change or a market is suspended, the Cash Out request may not be considered valid.

• If the Cash Out request is verified, it will appear on the screen and the coupon will be settled immediately. The actual final result of the related market will have no impact on the Cash Out amount.

• The amount of Cash Out offered at any time is the total amount that will be credited to your account, once the Cash Out is completed.

• Some of the betshop offers are not combined with the Cash Out service, either Cash Out for the whole coupon or part of it. You can refer to the terms and conditions in each of our different offers.

• Cash Out/ Partial Cash Out bets do not count towards the turnover of a bonus/promotion amount.

• Betshop does not guarantee that the Cash Out service will be available for all markets or matches. When Cashout is offered in a scheduled match (Pregame) but it is not covered or stops to be covered in the Live Betting Platform, the cash out stops to be available once the match starts or when the Live Platform stops offering it. Cash Out will not be available if a match is suspended or for any reason it has been settled as void (1,00).

• Betshop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disable the Cash Out offer at any time. In this case, the coupon will be settled according to the initial betting.

• The Cash Out offer is available, only for a certain period of time. Any change in the odds or in the market may result in changes to the offer or to the withdrawal of the Cash Out service.

• A coupon will be void if the Cash Out offer appears or is offered on markets or odds that have been affected by an error.

• Betshop is not responsible if Cash Out is not available for technical reasons. All coupons will be settled according to the initial betting.

• Betshop reserves the right to amend, suspend, or remove Cash Out at any time for any event or market. The placed coupons will be settled according to the initial betting.

• Betshop reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a Cash Out if the bet or a market is settled in error.

• All the above Rules apply both for Cash Out and Partial Cash Out service.

• The minimum amount of a partial cash out bet can’t be less than 1 euro.
